Made by FX Barc, and Gerard Vallee of Domaine de la Cotelleraie. Maximum care is taken from vine to bottle, each vineyard is farmed organically (certified), fruit is hand harvested, and in the winery it’s all about as minimal intervention as possible, using natural yeast for fermentations in stainless steel, concrete, or old oak. Minimal sulfur additions, or light filtration may be made deeding on wine and vintage. These are real wines that provide serious value.
